What do we rent?<\/strong>
\nWe have Class C’s, Class A, and Travel Trailers. Please call 716-249-0766 to see what model may suit your needs!<\/p>\n

How much is your deposit to hold your dates?<\/strong>
\nAll reservations require a non-refundable $400 deposit. \u00a0This can be taken with cash, check or charge. \u00a0Please call or text 716-249-0766 to see if your dates are available. Then we will choose the best vehicle for you and send an. invoice. \u00a0You will be brought to a PayPal page to complete payment using a credit card or PayPal.<\/p>\n

How much is your security deposit?<\/strong>
\nAll reservations require a $1,000 security deposit<\/a> BEFORE you pick up the RV. \u00a0This is a hold on your credit card NOT a charge. \u00a0The hold will be in place for 10 days. \u00a0This security deposit is to ensure the RV returns to us clean and undamaged. \u00a0The rental insurance you are provided has a $1,000 deductible. \u00a0To complete your security deposit you would go to our Security Deposit page. \u00a0You will be brought to a PayPal page to complete payment using a credit card or PayPal.\u00a0 Click here to complete your security Deposit.<\/a><\/p>\n

How Old Must You be to Drive<\/strong>
\nOur insurance carrier MBA Insurance requires that a driver must have a valid Driver’s License and be at least 28 years of age at the time of rental pickup.<\/p>\n

What do I do if I have trouble on the road?
\n<\/b>MBA Insurance offers 24\/7 roadside assistance at an additional charge or have proof of AAA RV Assistance. \u00a0WNY RV requires anyone traveling over 120 miles to purchase the roadside assistance.\u00a0 WNY RV Rental LLC is responsible for maintenance related costs.\u00a0 Examples: of this may be a flat tire, rv overheating, engine trouble etc.<\/p>\n

How much does it cost to use the generator?<\/strong>
\nWe allow\u00a0one hour per rental night of generator usage. \u00a0There will be a $4.50 per hour charge based on the digital generator meter located on the panel above the fridge. \u00a0We offer unlimited generator hour packages.<\/p>\n

When is pick up and drop off?<\/strong>
\nPick-ups are scheduled at 3:00 pm, and return is at 11am, unless otherwise specified. We need the time to make sure each unit is prepped and cleaned for the next customer, but are happy to try to be flexible when we can.<\/p>\n

How many free miles are included with a rental?<\/strong>
\nWe allow 125 free miles per day. That equals 875 for a week. We will give a bonus 125 set of miles for each 7 days you rent. \u00a0You will be charged 45 cents per mile after the allotted miles have been exceeded or you can prepay a package of mileage at 30 cents instead.<\/p>\n

Do you rent for longer than a week?<\/strong>
\nYes, we prorate the weekly rate for the amount of days you’re looking for.<\/p>\n

Do you rent for less than a week?<\/strong>
\nYes we do, but the durations depend on the model requested. Please call 716-249-0766 to ask questions specifically for this.<\/p>\n

How is insurance handled?<\/strong>
\nWe provide you with MBA RV Renters Insurance while driving the motorhome.\u00a0 This covers the driver for up to one million dollars in liability. \u00a0If you would like additional coverage, consult with your existing insurance provider and ask for a ‘Binder’ for the duration of your trip.\u00a0 Most drivers in NY are already covered.\u00a0 Some insurance companies require information from us to provide you with a rider policy for the duration of your rental.<\/p>\n

Do I need a special license to drive a Motorhome?<\/strong>
\nSome class “A” and “B” motor homes depending on their weight do require a special license. \u00a0Ours do not require any special licensing. \u00a0If you are comfortable driving a truck or minivan you will be fine driving either Class C’s. \u00a0The Class A needs a more experienced driver, but is still a regular license. If you are unsure if you will be able to drive the unit, schedule an appointment in advance to take a look at take it for a drive. \u00a0We also welcome any renter who has provided a deposit to schedule time to drive the unit before your departure to become more familiar with the RV.<\/p>\n

What appliances are included in the rental?<\/strong>
\nThe kitchen has a fridge with freezer, microwave, three burner stove. \u00a0In the kitchen we provide a toaster and a Keurig or coffee pot.<\/p>\n

What\u00a0chairs, tables and other camping accessories are included?<\/strong>
\nUpon request (for a fee) you may request fold-up chairs, table(s), popup tent, grill table, mini tables, grills etc.<\/p>\n

Do I need to bring by own sheets, blankets or pillow cases?<\/strong>
\nYou may bring what you prefer but we will provide fresh towels, sheets, blankets and pillow cases for each rental. \u00a0Bathroom toiletries, garbage bags and cleaning supplies will also be provided.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
